Victorian technology company Redbrick has expanded its portfolio of digital companies with the acquisition of US-based digital marketing firm Delivra.

Victorian technology company Redbrick has expanded its portfolio of digital companies with the acquisition of US-based digital marketing firm Delivra.

Redbrick, which provides software tools for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses, sees the acquisition as a way to scale and expand its business.

“Delivra delivers in-depth knowledge in supporting digital entrepreneurs and SMEs by delivering marketing content through automated and personalized emails,” said CEO Tobyn Sowden. “The Redbrick portfolio is growing with the potential to support entrepreneurs through the digital space with a full suite of transformation tools.”

Delivra is the fifth company to fall under the Redbrick umbrella.

Since 2011, Redbrick has also either built or acquired Leadpages, Shift, Rebase, and Assembly.

Delivra claims to help companies implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, sending an average of 200 million messages per month to a global network of contacts.

The acquisition is seen as a complement to Leadpages, helping to create a digital web presence for small businesses ­Comp.
