Suja Ramnath Joins Atomera’s Board of Directors

Los Gatos, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 5, 2022 / Atomira Incorporated (NASDAQ: ATOM)Today, the semiconductor materials and technology licensing company, announced the addition of Suja Ramnath, President and CEO of Integra Technologies, to the Atomera Board of Directors.

Ms. Ramnath has deep semiconductor experience in wireless, optical, medical, aerospace/defense infrastructure and consumer electronics applications. She has a proven track record of driving growth through strategic and operational planning as well as building high-performance teams. Her leadership experience includes both research and development, product development and management of multiple businesses with responsibility for profit and loss.

At Integra, Ms. Ramnath has helped redirect her high-performance radio frequency (RF) power semiconductor business strategy to drive revenue growth and higher profitability. Previously, Ms. Ramnath was the General Manager of Software Defined Radio Solutions Business Division at Analog Devices, a leader in analog and mixed signals, power management, radio frequency, digital and sensor technologies. Earlier, she held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at MACOM Technology Solutions.
