Louisville, Kentucky. Ann Fisher has been appointed Head of Marketing and Digital at Papa John’s International Inc.

Fisher joined the restaurant chain in 2015 as Senior Director of Digital Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Product Management in 2017. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, where she helped double the loyalty program Papa Rewards. Prior to joining the Louisville-based company, she was the Marketing Director of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Director of Sales at Walt Disney World.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College.

As Head of Marketing and Digital Officer, Fisher will continue to oversee customer experience while adding responsibilities for branding and advertising, media and field activation, listing strategy and product innovation. She will report to Max Wetzel, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, and will join Papa John’s executive leadership team.
