The agreement between Clearcode and the ARICOMA Group has been completed, with a 100% stake in Clearcode now belonging to the ARICOMA Group. Representatives of the Warsaw Equity Group (which owns a 22% stake in Clearcode) also contributed to the negotiations, along with representatives of the ARICOMA Group. Selling price has not been disclosed.
With 100 Clearcode specialists, the ARICOMA group will consist of 10 companies, with a consolidated turnover of more than 340 million euros and more than 3,000 employees.
