KIOXIA Highlights Latest Flash Memory, SSD Innovations at CES

San Jose, California – (work wire) – This week at CES® 2022, KIOXIA America, Inc. Innovative flash memory technology will showcase and highlight many different applications for attendees, including the new BG5 series of solid-state drives (SSDs).

Designed to strike the right balance between performance, cost and power for casual gamers and PC users, the KIOXIA BG5 Series is equipped with a PCIe interface.® interface (16GT/s x4 lanes) and accelerated by the company’s 5th generation 3D BiCS FLASH™ flash memory technology. These attributes make BG5 drives suitable for performance-oriented systems such as ultra-thin computers, embedded IoT devices, and server boots in data centers.

KIOXIA will also display the latest flash memory solutions, including developments in BiCS FLASH, the company’s advanced 3D flash memory technology, and the latest generation of automotive UFS devices.
