Kidglove, a boutique marketing and advertising agency based in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, recently welcomed Kawasaki’s Chief Talent Management Strategist Brian Sick, to its podcast, The Change Agency. As Kawasaki’s Chief Talent Management Strategist, Seck’s work focuses on developing Kawasaki’s workforce. Recently, Kawasaki announced a US$200 million expansion. So not only do we need to retain our workforce, which is a challenge in today’s environment, but we also need to grow,” Seck said. “There are a lot of unemployed people in Lincoln who work multiple part-time jobs to make ends meet. At Kawasaki, we pay a living wage plus amazing benefits and long-term opportunities. Stability is the end of poverty. If we can create stability for families, we can reduce poverty.”
