In this role, Mr. Sait will work collaboratively with the investment teams at Great Hill to explore new investment opportunities and the company’s portfolio management teams to help design and implement their growth strategies.

Mr. Sait brings extensive experience in software development, cloud computing and marketing technology companies with a focus on product strategy, marketing, sales and customer success, and has helped create more than $15 billion in value for leading companies over his three-decade career. He joins Great Hill’s in-house Growth Partner, which continues to expand with industry-savvy executives, emphasizing the company’s long-term commitment to providing the strategic resources and direction needed to advance the growth paths of its portfolio companies.

Mr. Sait most recently served as President of SharpSpring, an affordable global revenue growth platform delivered via a cloud-based SaaS solution, which has been acquired by Constant Contact. Prior to joining SharpSpring, Mr. Sait served as Head of Growth at InsideSales where he led growth initiatives across companies. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Products and Markets at SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI), which during his tenure has grown to more than $500 million in revenue and made multiple acquisitions. He also served as Director of Marketing for Rackspace (NASDAQ: RXT), where he founded the first global marketing organization, led all strategic marketing and internal sales initiatives, and helped double revenue to more than $1.5 billion annually. In addition to holding a variety of senior and marketing positions at several other technology companies, Mr. Sait previously co-founded ReachForce, an OnDemand SaaS company and marketing data service.
Mr. Sait previously served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Great Hill Portfolio Auvik Networks, a cloud-based network management software company. Additionally, as a project advisor at Menlo Ventures, he has also held various board positions in their portfolio companies. Mr. Sait holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a BA in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
