Newly appointed Evoque chief innovation officer, Will Race, brings more than 25 years of life sciences experience to Evoke and will oversee customer experience, engagement strategy and marketing technology, with a focus on multi-channel marketing. Reese’s leadership will ensure that all of Evoke’s agency brands shape the future of innovation in healthcare marketing, data standardization, marketing technology and omnichannel marketing practices to create unprecedented personal brand experiences for their clients.
Most recently, Reese was Head of Life Sciences Innovation at Cognizant and President of Cadient, their life sciences marketing agency, where he led the digital marketing transformation across industries—including pharmaceuticals, medicine, devices, CPG, and healthcare. He has worked in many areas of treatment including men’s health, women’s health, cardiovascular, oncology, diabetes, and vaccines. He is a frequent speaker on innovation and customer experience best practices and has led several workshops. Reese reports to Evoke CEO Red Connolly.

Rachel McCready Joins Evoke as creative director, North America. A health innovator, McCready has been building brands in the health space for over 20 years, most recently as Executive Creative Director at Klick Health. She has also held creative leadership positions in both independent agencies and networks and has built a reputation as a transformational agency leader creating meaningful and impactful work for agencies and clients alike. Work created by McCready’s teams has been recognized by Creative Floor, MM+M, 360, and David Ogilvy Awards. She has served on the juries of Clios, International London Awards, World Awards (New York Festivals), and Effies Best of Best. Inducted into the MM + M Hall of Femme in 2021. Alexis Pinte Joins Evoke as Chief Strategy Officer, North America. Penty brings to this role over 20 years of experience harnessing the power of customer insights to build massive brands. She has led initiatives across a wide range of therapeutic areas: infectious diseases, oncology, rare diseases, neurological disorders, cardiovascular disease, men’s health, women’s health, and genomics. Penty will focus on leading and growing Evoke’s brand strategy practice across North America. Prior to joining Evoke, Penty was Head of Strategic Planning at The Bloc and spent five years at Klick building a brand strategy practice and AOR portfolio. She has been a strategic leader in award-winning campaigns for which she has been honored It wasand MM+M and PM360. Other previous roles include Leo Burnett’s Global Consumer Advertising and Insights and Consulting with the concurrent Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. Benti also reports to Jane O’DowerPresident, Evoke North America.
