Dunkin’ today announced that Anomaly New York will serve as a new registered lead creative agency. This announcement follows a competitive review that began this summer.

Working closely with Dunkin’ marketing leadership and existing partners, Anomaly will lead strategy and overall creative development to help Dunkin’ continue to stand out as the preferred on-the-go location for coffee, cold drinks and snacks. Anomaly will be directly responsible for national broadcasting, digital video and audio, and the development of social and outdoor advertising. Dunkin’ initial Anomaly work is expected to begin in 2022.

“We have been deeply moved by Anomali’s creative vision and approach to modernizing the ethos of the ‘America Runs on Dunkin’ brand while staying true to our commitment to the brand’s heritage and purpose, and we are excited to partner with them to write the next chapter in history,” said Rafael Acevedo, Chief US Marketing Officer, Dunkin’. “We have bold ambitions for the Dunkin’ brand and are confident that Anomaly’s creativity and strong connection to culture will help us unleash growth and accelerate the brand’s momentum.”

Anomaly was chosen due to its strategic strength, creative output, and successful track record of developing breakthrough campaigns to deepen relationships between customers and well-known brands, including Johnnie Walker, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Coca-Cola and Google. The agency has been distinguished for providing bold creative ideas that influence culture and drive brands forward.

Mike Byrne, co-founder and general manager of global construction, Anomaly, said, “Early in the process, this got personal. We had something to live and breathe. I didn’t feel like working at all. It was like we were on a mission and they were with us every step of the way. The Road “.

Anomaly will begin working with Dunkin’ immediately, adding to the brand’s list of agency partners, which includes Arc, Dieste, The Lacek Group, Turner Duckworth, Publicis Media and MSL, which was recently named the lead PR agency for Inspire Brands.
