A Gateshead digital specialist is creating more than 25 new jobs as he looks to double his turnover next year.
Revenue growth specialist Revolution, headquartered in the Proto Center in Gateshead, specializes in building digital platforms and works with the likes of Jaguar, Bank of Scotland, Halifax and the NHS.
The marketing firm has now announced a new management structure as it accelerates growth plans by creating new jobs across its offices in Tyneside and Manchester.
Digital Director Adam Blinkinsop is progressing to become CEO, with founder Jill Burgess moving to the position of Strategic Council Advisor.
After joining the business in 2008, Mr. Blinkinsoop has developed the company’s digital transformation offering and, in his new role as CEO, is responsible for managing the overall business and doubling revenue in 2022.

He said, “Over the past 12 months, our teams have achieved success following a number of significant gains for new clients. Our proposal to offer revenue-first growth strategies has resonated with ambitious companies and we are seeing impressive results.
“The impact of our work is the foundation of our strategy and is fundamental to our development ambitions. Over the next twelve months, we look forward to creating 15 new jobs in our Manchester office, and another 10 in the North East as well as expanding into new areas. There is a real opportunity to benefit from our approach which It focuses on revenue first and I’m really excited to see what the future holds.”
The Revolution Foundation, Ms. Burgess, who began operating in 2003, will support the new CEO and first team as the company moves forward with its growth plans.

To help Revolution achieve its growth goals, Adam Catlow, Josh Tulip and Chris Glancey have also joined the senior leadership team.
The company, which has just unveiled a new brand, said the changes come from 2021, when revenue increased more than 50% and seven new employees joined the team. Growth was accelerated by the acquisition of The Roundhouse Digital of Newcastle, now traded as Revolution Digital Marketing UK Ltd, in January 2021.
