London based artisan cheese dealer, cheesegeek It became the first business to gain an investment from Steven Bartlett, the newest Dragon’s Dragon.

Joining the Dragons team at the age of 29, Stephen is the youngest Dragon ever to appear on the show. Stephen is the founder and former CEO of social media marketing agency The Social Chain and has since gone on to work on a number of other projects in addition to releasing his first book, Happy Sexy Millionaire: Unexpected Facts about Fulfillment, Love, and Success.

On the January 6 episode, the Dragons family welcomed the award-winning British artisanal cheese company. cheesegeek in the den, which later became Stephen’s first investment.

Cheesegeek founder Edward Hancock said, “We honestly cannot be thrilled to have Stephen on board at cheesegeek, and we are incredibly proud to have his first-ever investment in Den.”

Stephen has offered to invest £150,000 and now has a 5% stake in the business. Going forward, Stephen will work with cheesegeek to increase brand awareness, as well as bring his significant experience, knowledge, and expertise to the marketing function at cheesegeek. This will ensure the company’s ambitions to make the UK and, eventually, the world more enthusiastic and knowledgeable about artisan cheese can be made.
