Mr. Clark brings to Caris more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing and public policy spanning the healthcare, communications and energy sectors. He will lead company communications, corporate marketing, and government relations efforts.

Mr. Clark joins Caris from ExxonMobil, where he served as Head of Global Communications. In this role, Clark led the company’s efforts across public relations, media, advertising, digital and social media, and communication between employees and executives. Prior to his tenure at ExxonMobil, Mr. Clark led global marketing and corporate communications functions as Chief Communications Officer at Medtronic, the world’s leading medical technology company. While at Medtronic, Mr. Clark led the company’s communications efforts for Medtronic for 2015 50 billion dollars The acquisition of Covidien, later renaming the company, and the launch of several new technology offerings and platforms.
