Hires a Seagate Residential Procurement Manager
Seagate Development Group has appointed Brian Sarabcha as Director of Residential Procurement. He will manage the condominium procurement process through turnover, including negotiating contracts, sourcing new suppliers, establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors as well as preparing bid specifications, creating new pricing policies and managing inventory. An industry veteran of 13 years, Brian began his career with 84 Lumber as an in-house salesman and worked his way up to Associate Branch Manager. This eventually led to a position of Director of Procurement at American Builders Supply where he greatly increased profitability as well as reducing excess and obsolete inventory. Prior to joining Seagate, Brian was appointed Assistant Director of Purchasing at Toll Brothers where he created product programs that resulted in consistent growth month after month.
