Chico, California. And January 14, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ – The name Half a Bubble Out is a metaphor for a carpenter’s level. When something is slightly off level it becomes “half of it”. For the company, the semi-bubble portion symbolizes creative thinking, while the semi-bubble portion represents the need to maintain a strong foundation in the quality and skills of their craft.
“We started as a marketing and advertising company, which was our bread and butter, but leadership training and business development has always been part of that process,” Katherine said. “Over the years, we’ve realized that you can’t get clarity on our own – certainly we can’t be where we are today without the help and honesty of mentors, friends, many business books and learning from our mistakes – and this has led us to develop a comprehensive strategy that we teach to our clients.”
Half a Bubble Out Marketing was launched in the guest bedroom of Redman in 2002. Their big break came when they produced an entire documentary about Bidwell Park which was broadcast on PBS and Fox. This helped boost their name recognition, opened many doors, and allowed them to do business with larger clients. Although making documentaries was fun and profitable and used their skills at the time, they knew they didn’t want to be filmmakers for a living.
in a January 2006, HaBO got its first real office at 680 Rio Lindo Ave, in boy, ca And it continued to grow exponentially. In 2008, thanks to a successful marketing campaign about toenail fungus treatment, HaBO became the go-to agency for pediatricians across the country. The company grew 400% in a matter of months.
Then, during the Great Recession, the specialized foot treatment industry collapsed. HaBO lost 50% of its business and was left wondering what to do next. The company’s rapid growth and culture have left some battle scars, and while the rapid loss of so much revenue has been painful, it has also proven to be a boon.
In the summer of 2012, Redman’s came across the book “The Coming Jobs War” written by Jim Clifton, who was CEO of Gallup at the time. They were inspired by his description of a good job and were horrified that 74% of Americans are unrelated at work.
They knew they had a decision to make; Either they move away or they change the way they work. They doubled down and redesigned a company that allowed them to thrive both financially and personally; They have enjoyed coming to it every day and have also given the same kind of positive results to their employees. Through this process they developed what they know today as the Passion & Provision® Strategy.
It is this strategy that drove them to write and publish their bestselling book of 2020 – Accomplished: The Passion and Thrift Strategy for Building a Business with Profit, Purpose, and Legacy. The book helps business leaders overcome common business challenges by unpacking the six core areas of business: vision, leadership, management and operations, marketing and sales, money, and culture, and presents a clear plan that allows leaders to be financially successful and have a meaningful experience. work.
While HaBO continues to offer traditional and digital marketing services, in the coming year the company will focus more on leadership and business development training programs, which consist of webinars, workshops and training for small business leaders.
“We are on a mission to help 10,000 business leaders build passion and saving companies filled with passion and saving jobs to impact entrepreneurs, their employees, and the next generation,” Michael said. “Your work is meant to lead to an appeal. To a greater contribution to the world. Impact, and a legacy. That’s why we believe passion and thrift are so important.”
