Mike Linton is a highly experienced business leader with a deep understanding of marketing, financial services, retail, and consumer digital services. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer at Ancestry.com where he leads consumer and product marketing with a focus on accelerating growth and continuing to build a global brand that consumers love and trust. Prior to joining Ancestry, Mike served as Executive Vice President and Director of Marketing at Farmers Insurance. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Head of Marketing for both eBay and Best Buy. He started his marketing career at Procter Gamble and Progressive Insurance. Mike is on the boards of Loan Depot and The Wine Group and previously served on the boards of Peet’s Coffee & Tea, Capella Education, Medical Solutions and Allen Edmonds Shoes. He holds an MBA from Duke University, and a BA from Bowling Green State University.

Easwaran (Eash) Sundaram is a digital pioneer and industry leader who has positioned JetBlue as one of the most innovative and customer focused companies in the transportation industry. During his career, he has worked in operations, customer service, management, and strategic roles. Prior to joining Allworth’s board of directors, Eash served as Executive Vice President, Innovation, and Head of Digital and Technology at JetBlue Airways Corporation. Prior to joining JetBlue, Eash was Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations and Chief Global Information Officer at Pall Corporation, and prior to that he was Director of Customer Solutions and Supply Chain Systems at PSS World Medical, Inc. Additionally, he has held positions at ALK Technologies, Inc. and I2 Technologies. A member of the Board of Directors of SolarWinds Corporation, Eash holds a bachelor’s degree from Madurai Kamaraj University in India, and a master’s in marine sciences from the State University of New York.

Maria Feltre is the Marketing Director and Digital Officer for Consumer Financial Services with deep experience. Until her retirement in 2020, Maria Feltre was the US President of Digital and Innovation at Santander. She was responsible for aligning Santander’s US business with the development of the Santander Group’s digital and product platform. Additionally, she oversaw Santander’s digital, marketing and branding initiatives. Prior to joining Santander Bank, Maria was Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Fifth Third Bancorp; Chief Marketing Officer for the Small Business Unit at Citigroup, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Chase Regional Banking Group. She started her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank and GE Capital Consumer Financial Services. Maria is on the advisory board of Reserve Squad, a company focused on helping companies retain one of their most valuable assets, their highly trained female workforce. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from New York University.
