During her tenure at McCann Worldgroup, Maria established a division targeting a Hispanic bilingual/bilingual online group. While there, she received an ADCOLOR Award (2009) for her pioneering work identifying, segmenting and targeting bicultural Hispanics, and developing industry best practices for acquisition leadership.
Twena has served as a faculty member at ANA (Multicultural Marketing), a board member of the AHAA (now the Hispanic Marketing Council), and as a member of the ThinkNow Advisory Board.
